Blue Coconut Cocktail

Ingredients:

1 cup pineapple juice
1 tsp blue food coloring
1/2 cup vodka
1/2 cup coconut cream
Coconut flakes for garnish
Ice

Step-By-Step Instructions:

1. Mix pineapple juice, vodka, blue food coloring, coconut cream with the PowerLix Milk Frother.
2. Decorate the extremes of the cup with coconut flakes.
3. Pour cocktail into rimmed glass and serve immediately.
